About Us

Deanne began her Lettings career in 1999 when she started out as an Apprentice, learning the industry whilst studying for an NVQ in Business and Customer Service. Deanne quickly worked her way to the top, experiencing every aspect of Lettings and Property Management along the way as well as developing an extensive knowledge of the Plymouth and South East Cornwall rental market.

Following an 18 year career, successfully managing a Letting Agency which under Deanne’s direction consistently remained Plymouth's leading Letting Agency, Deanne decided to set up her own Agency in 2018 with the focus being on customer service. A holder of the Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, ARLA Propertymark protected and regulated by The Property Redress Scheme.

The business has gone from strength to strength and Deanne is now joined by her two sisters, Carly and Hannah who both bring a different set of skills to the business. 

After a career in Retail Management, Carly joined her husband to work overseas on a yacht for three years and then returned to the UK to start a family. Carly now works with Deanne as a Lettings Assistant carrying out viewings, inventories and inspections. Carly's meticulous attention to detail gained while working in a high-end, fast-paced environment, ensures that inventories are exceptionally thorough. Carly enjoys conducting property viewings, meeting a wide range of people, and understanding their needs in order to match them with the right property.

Hannah has a strong background working in Accounts and Business Administration having worked for a local property developer for several years and a marine engineering company. In the role of Lettings Administrator, Hannah's methodical approach ensures a high level of accuracy in both accounts and administrative processes. Hannah also oversees the renewal of routine safety inspections and arranges repairs, managing contractors and ensuring timely completion of all works.

Deanne and her team are hard working professionals who have a reputation for going that extra mile. 

It is well known that the vast majority of people start their property search online and, in our experience, also prefer to communicate and sign documents by email. The business has therefore been tailored to suit the client’s needs. Local Lettings experts, offering traditional Letting Agency services, the modern way, using the same marketing tools and with the facility to meet with clients in their office by appointment. With no need for a high street branch and the associated costs, Deanne is able to pass the saving on to the client, offering value for money without compromising on service.
